Los Olivos Prices

On the day of arrival:
i) Check in time is from 4.00 pm.

On the day of departure:
i) Check out time is no later than 10.30am.
ii) Please dispose of all rubbish.
iii) Turn off the air-conditioning.
iv) Double lock the front door.
v) Please return apartment keys, pool keys and resident cards.

The Penthouse rental rates are generally from Saturday to Saturday.

Extra days are charged at a pro-rata weekly rate plus 10%.

A weekly maid service and linen change is provided.

Resident discounts on Golf & Tennis

Full on-resort support is provided by Mar Menor Management Services who will also take credit card details to cover any accidental damage that may occur in the apartment during your holiday.

A �250 deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure.
